We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3- 4 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within a software/technology company. The candidate should have strong technical recruitment expertise, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage recruitment activities across Kochi, Kolkata, and Delhi. The ideal candidate should be able to source and hire IT professionals across India, not be limited to a specific city or region, and effectively coordinate and manage recruitment teams across multiple locations.
Skills Required
3- 4 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment, preferably within a software or technology company.
Proven experience in recruiting software and IT professionals across India.
Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, referrals, and other online sourcing platforms.
Good understanding of technical roles, IT skill sets, technologies, and software development functions.
Experience in pan-India sourcing and the ability to identify candidates across different locations.
Strong candidate screening, communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions and competing hiring priorities while meeting recruitment timelines.
Good coordination skills with candidates, technical interviewers, hiring managers, and HR teams.
Strong ownership, organisation, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment.
