We are seeking an experienced Sr. Database Tech Lead to lead our database development and optimization initiatives. This role requires strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server along with the ability to guide and mentor a team of SQL developers. You will be responsible for ensuring high performance, enforcing best practices, and driving continuous improvements. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align database strategies with business objectives. Skills Required
Lead the development, and maintenance of high-performance databases using Microsoft SQL Server (2019/Latest versions).
Architect scalable, secure, and reliable database solutions aligned with business needs.
Review, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and functions.
Define and enforce database development standards, best practices, and coding guidelines.
Drive performance tuning, query optimization, and database scalability initiatives.
Mentor and manage a team of SQL developers; provide technical guidance and conduct code reviews.
Plan and allocate tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of database-related activities.
Identify opportunities for automation, innovation, and process improvements.
Stay updated with the latest database technologies, tools, and industry best practices.
Oversee and support reporting solutions including SSRS (preferred).
