Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent research and analytical abilities with high attention to detail.
Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office (especially Excel).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
